Teacher Leadership Teams We are clarifying the roles of our teacher leadership teams. In Secondary school the Homeroom Teachers will be referred to as “Grade Level Leaders”. Part of their role is to facilitate communication and coordinate with all teachers teaching that grade level class. This also will distinguish between the Primary Homeroom teachers and Secondary, because they play different roles.
